About Me
I am a bold, kind and passionate life coach based in central London. I am also fun and very down to earth!
I am professionally trained with The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the oldest and most respected coach training organisations in the world. For many years I also worked in the corporate world, managing and coaching teams in the financial services industry.
In addition to my professional training I have studied personal development for over 20 years and have an extensive knowledge of tools and techniques related to mindset and transformational change.
I am extremely passionate about working with people to discover who they really are and to build their mindset to create exactly what they want. This is heavily inspired by my own experience of overcoming anxiety and fear to create a life that is truly fulfilling.
FAQs
Below are the answers to some common questions to help you determine if coaching is the right fit for you. If you have any additional questions that are not addressed here, please reach out to my via the contact form below and I will respond back to you.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a thought-provoking process that allows you to reflect and gain awareness of who you really are, what's important to you and what you want to create in life. Coaching gives you a neutral and unbiased space to explore different options and perspectives in order to make conscious choices about how best to move you forward. Coaching is not about giving you advice or answers, but it's about unlocking and growing the potential that already exists within you.

Do I need coaching?

Nobody 'needs' coaching, however it is a proven and powerful way to accelerate your personal growth. The best athletes have a coach to ensure that they are operating at peak performance. Technically the athlete has the ability within them to be extraordinary, however the job of the coach is to draw it out of them. You could think of a life coach like a personal trainer for your mind, bringing out the best in you whilst overcoming any negative voices and limiting beliefs. Coaching builds a stronger clearer mindset to help you achieve what you want in life.

What topics does coaching address?

The simple answer to this is anything! The agenda is set by you, therefore we will deep dive into any area where you are stuck or want to see change. Common topics are personal relationships, career, money, health, self-image and many more. Typically clients find that by addressing one area it has a knock on effect on other areas of their life.

What are some of the benefits of coaching?

Some of the most common benefits are:

-
A stronger mindset and a sense that you have charge over your own life
-
Clarity on your values and purpose
-
The motivation and momentum to achieve your goals
-
The ability to overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs
-
Increased self-acceptance, self-confidence and self-authority
-
A stronger relationship with yourself and the people around you

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy primarily focusses on a client's mental health, to diagnose and treat psychological issues or pain which is often related to events of the past. Coaching focusses on working with the client’s mental growth, to deal with what is here now and what they want to create for the future. There is nothing to be fixed or diagnosed with coaching, it is all about guiding you to connect more deeply with who you are and unlocking your potential to create the life that you really want.

What about confidentiality?

Everything that is discussed during the coaching sessions and the fact that we are coaching together is held in the strictest confidence. As the client you are welcome to share details of our coaching, however as the coach I will not. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and I adhere to their code of ethics around confidentiality. More details can be found here.

Are results guaranteed?

Like most things, nothing is 100% guaranteed and results will always vary from client to client. However, I can say with confidence that if you are willing to commit to showing up fully for each session and taking the time to do the personal development work you will see the results. I haven't had a client yet that didn't experience a big shift in their life which is why I offer everyone the option to cancel if they do not feel that they are getting what they need from the coaching.

Where do the coaching sessions take place?

The coaching sessions are held over Zoom video, Zoom audio or WhatsApp audio depending on the preference of each client. The majority of clients prefer a video session at the start of the coaching and some move to audio once the relationship is established, however this is always a personal choice.

How is payment handled?

Payment can be made using Paypal, Debit/Credit Card, UK bank transfer (BACS) or International bank transfer. Payment is normally due prior to the start of the coaching package, or it can be split into instalments based on individual agreement.

Can I stop the coaching once I have signed up?

Yes, I do not want anyone to continue with coaching if they decide it is not right for them. You have the option to cancel at any time and any fees will be refunded for unused sessions.

How long does a typical coaching relationship last?

All clients sign up for a minimum package of 6 sessions, which is typically 3 months. This is often enough for someone to experience change in their life relating to the goals and topics that were covered during the coaching. Many clients choose to extend the coaching relationship after 3 months to continue their development however this is always a personal choice.
